The present bail application has been filed with a prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 119 of 2024, under Sections 376D, 504, 506 I.P.C., and Section 5(g)/6 of Protection of Children From Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station- Soron, District- Kasganj during pendency of the trial. 4.
