The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.04.2025 in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 7831 of 2025. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Shri Shashank Singh, learned counsel holding brief of learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 4. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Bhagchand with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 113 of 2025, under Section 21/22 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Highway, District- Mathura. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 200 gm of alprazolam powder is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from
