The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Vamik Ansari Alias Saurabh with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 302 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Adalhat , District- Mirzapur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended nothing was recovered from the possession of the applicant. Recovery has been effected from the possession of co-accused Ravi Shankar Mishra.
