This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Ayushi Agarwal, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 199 of 2017, under Sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 66 of Information Technology (Amendment) Act and Section 4, 5, 6 Prize Chits and Money Circulation Scheme (Banning Act) of 1978, Police Station Robertsganj, District Sonbhadra. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. She has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 12.4.2017. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant was not named in the FIR. Charge-sheet in this case has already been subm
