However, no one appears on behalf of the opposite party nos. 3 and 4 nor any counter affidavit has been filed on their behalf. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Anupam Anand, learned Brief Holder for the State-opposite party. 3. The present bail application has been filed with the prayer to enlarge the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 149 of 2024, under Sections 363, 366, 368, 376, 354 I.P.C. and 3/4, 7/8 Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, Police Station Mursan, District Hathras du
