This bail application has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 463 of 2025, under Sections 109(1) of B.N.S. and Sections 3/5A/8 of the U.P. Prevention of Cow Slaughter Act, and Section 11-Gha of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, Police Station Kotwali Shamli, District Shamli. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case crime number.
