Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.0004 of 2023, under Sections 302 and 201 I.P.C., Police Station Poonch, District Jhansi, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the applicant is not named in the FIR and has been falsely implicated in the present case. His name has come up on the basis of extra-judicial confession before his sister, who has been examined in court and has completely resiled from her earlier statement and has been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring her hostile.
