The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 463 of 2021, under Sections 302, 323 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Mahoba, District- Mahoba with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, when the first informant- Ramdev along with his son and one daughter was going on cycle, the accused persons came there and stopped the cycle of the first informant and thereafter, threw his daughter on the road.
