This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Narendra Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 465 of 2025, under Sections 318 (4), 340 (2), 112 (2) of the B.N.S. and 8,11,13 (5) of Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) act, 2024, Police Station-Phase-II, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 20.09.2025.
