This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Narendra Singh, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 465 of 2025, under Sections 318 (4), 340 (2), 112 (2) of the B.N.S. and 8,11,13 (5) of Uttar Pradesh Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) act, 2024, Police Station-Phase-II, District-Gautam Buddh Nagar, during the pendency of trial.
