The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.278 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 3(5) B.N.S., Police Station Jani, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has nothing to do with the said offence. He has been assigned the role of having caught hold of the deceased person alongwith co-accused Yunus. The main assailant is Israil, who has assaulted the deceased person with knife. It is true that the deceased has sustained nine injuries in all. One is m
