Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim is aged about 14 years and that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S. has stated that on 01.06.2025 at about 04:00 A.M. she had gone with the applicant in the agricultural field after walking she returned but in question answer, she has stated that applicant has committed wrong, whereas the victim in her statement recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has levelled specific allegation of rape against the applicant.
