The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 206 of 2022, under Sections 302, 504, 506, 34, 120B IPC, Police Station Bah, District Agra during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant and his first bail application was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 22.05.2025. 4.
