This bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been moved on behalf of accused-applicant, Sumit @ Billa, seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 335 of 2025, under Sections 109(1), 317(5), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 3/25/27 Arms Act, 1959, Police Station- Sector-39 Noida , District- Gautam Buddh Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant argued that the accused-applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this very case crime number and is languishing in jail since 10.07.2025.
