The instant bail application under Section 483 of BNSS at the instance of the applicant Anil Tripathi has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 8 of 2025, under Sections 123, 115 (2), 351 (2) of BNS and Section 5 (Cha), (Tha)/6 of POSCO Act, Police Station Lavedi, District Etawah during the pendency of the trial before the Court below.
