This repeat application for bail has been filed by the applicant Rajendra Prasad seeking his enlargement on bail in Case Crime No. 152 of 2021, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 307, 302, 34, 120B IPC, Police Station Maduwadeeh, District Varanasi during the pendency of trial. The first bail application of applicant was rejected by this Court by a detailed order dated 28.3.2022 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 45869 of 2021 (Rajendra Prasad Vs.
