Pramar, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material placed on record. 4. Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 407 of 2024, under Sections 103(1) of B.N.S. and Section 3/25/27 (1-B) a Arms Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Budaun, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that P.W.-1 and P.W.-2 have not supported the prosecution story. They have resiled from their earlier statements given during investigation and they have been cross-examined by the public prosecutor after declaring them hostile. There is no likelihood of conviction of the applicant in the instant case, as such, the applicant is entitled for bail. The applicant is languishing in jail since 18.12.2024 and he is ready to cooperate with trial. In
