The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Abhishek Agrahri, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 0837 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Khalilabad, District- Sant Kabir Nagar. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 151.200 kg of ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of five accused persons including the applicant.
