The instant bail application has been filed seeking release of the applicant on bail in Case Crime No. 15 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238(a) BNS, Police Station Koraon, District Prayagraj during pendency of the trial. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits, however, this is second bail application filed on behalf of applicant but he is pressing the instant second bail application on the ground that applicant is mother-in-law of the deceased and she is in jail in the present matter since 24.01.2025 i.e. for last more than ten months. 4.
