The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No. 464 of 2020, under Section 302/34 I.P.C., Police Station- Kotwali Nagar, District Banda, with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that there are ample contradiction in the statement of the witnesses and except the P.W.-2 none of them are eye-witnesses. Even the presence of P.W.-2 has been found doubtful as per the statement of P.W.-1 and P.W.-3. They have stated that they reached the place of incident after the incident, as such, it is clear cut case of false implication.
