Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.236 of 2024, under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 3(5), 103, 109 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Dhoghat, District Baghpat, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that in the first bail application, it was wrongly argued by learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. that the eyewitness Ranvir had identified the applicant as the main accused person who assaulted the deceased with a pointed weapon, as such, the role of the app
