The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.299 of 2022, under Sections 302, 307, 352 and 34 IPC, Police Station Pallavpuram, District Meerut with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant and other co-accused persons are stated to have come to the house of the informant on 08.09.2022 at about 1:30 p.m. and the applicant had stabbed the deceased person with knife, causing grievous injuries to him, whereby he succumbed to the said injuries. 5.
