Despite service of notice none has appeared on behalf of informant even in the revised call. 2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with three other accused. The F.I.R. alleges that applicant had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 17 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she went on her own with the applicant after informing her parents that she is going with the applicant and will solemnize marriage with him, she knew the applicant for the last five years and she went to Noida with the applicant and solemnized marriage with him.
