The F.I.R. alleges that applicant enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 15 years when there was no other person except the victim in the house. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that she knew the applicant from the last four years and used to talk with him, on the date of occurrence she left her house on her volition and reached Fatehpur Station where applicant also reached there, thereafter, they went to Delhi and took a room, thereafter, they returned to Fatehpur and she also states t
