Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant and perused the material brought on record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R., which alleges that applicant had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 17 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that applicant had not enticed away her and she went with him on her own volition, she knew the applicant for the last one year, they love each other and they want to marry with each other.
