Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with one other accused. The F.I.R. alleges that applicant had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 14 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she left her house on her own and reached at Etawah Station where applicant met her, thereafter, they solemnized marriage in a temple, thereafter, they went to Noida, where they took a rented room and lived as husband and wife there, she left her house as her mother wants to sell her to some other person, and now she wants to live
