Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R., which alleges that applicant had enticed away the minor daughter of the informant aged about 17 years. When the victim was recovered her statements under Sections 180 & 183 B.N.S.S. were recorded wherein she had specifically stated that on the date of occurrence she left her house and reached at Kanpur, where she called the applicant, thereafter, they both went to Ahmedabad, where they solemnized marriage in a temple and lived as husband and wife.
