Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is named in the F.I.R. along with two named accused and one unknown. In the FIR it has been alleged by the informant that previous day the applicant committed rape of his daughter aged about 16 years against her wishes in the agricultural filed, and this incident had been seen by other accused who also made video clip of such incident.
