Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Despite service of notice none has appeared on behalf of informant even in the revised call. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the FIR the informant alleges that the named accused, Anjali Tiwari had enticed away his minor daughter aged about 12 years. Learned counsel further submits that after lodging of the FIR the police came into action and recovered the victim, who in her statement recorded under Section 180 & 183 BNSS has stated that on the date of occurrence she along with her sister (named in the FIR) went outside the house where applicant was standing along with his motorcycle and took them to Janghai Station, thereafter her sister took her to Banaras, the
