Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Despite service of notice none has appeared on behalf of informant even in the revised call. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the FIR the informant alleges that the named accused, Anjali Tiwari had enticed away his minor daughter aged about 12 years.
