Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the allegations against the applicant are that the marriage of one of the daughter of the informant was solemnised in the accused-applicant family. Prior to two years from the date of lodging of the F.I.R., the informant's younger daughter was enticed away by the accused-applicant and she was raped, video was also prepared, thereafter on complaint, it was settled that her marriage would be solemnised with the applicant, which was solemnised but the accused persons started committing maarpeet and threatened to viral the video and continued t
