Heard learned counsel for the applicant, S.D.Dwivedi, learned counsel for the informant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that according to the ossification test, the victim is aged about 20 years. Learned counsel further submits that the victim had gone with the applicant out of her own free will and consent. He further submits that the victim has not supported the prosecution version as per statement of the victim recorded under Section 180 and 183 of B.N.S.S. He next submits that apart from the fact that the victim is a consenting party therefore, no offence against the applicant is made out.
