The instant bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS, at the instance of the applicant-Arvind Kumar has been filed seeking enlargement on bail in Complaint Case No. 2320, under Section 18 (c), 18A, 18B, 24, 26A, punishable under Sections 27 (b)(ii), 27 (a), 27(b) (i), 28 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, Police Station Barnahal, District Mainpuri, during the pendency of the trial. The bail application before the Court below has been rejected by the learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Mainpuri vide order dated 19.09.2025 and the applicant is incarcerated in jail since 19.9.2025. Learned counsel for the applicant while pressing the bail plea of the applicant vehemently submits that the applicant is entirely innocent
