Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that the victim is aged about 17 years. He further submits that earlier a first information report dated 07.06.2024 was registered against the applicant in Case Crime No. 150 of 2024 under Section 363 I.P.C., in which after recovery of the victim, the case was converted under Section 376 I.P.C., along with other Sections. He further submits that the applicant was granted bail vide order dated 11.07.2024 and after release of the applicant, the victim again went with the applicant, thus another F.I.R., has been lodged under Sections 137 (2), 305, 351(2) and Section 3 (2)(va) of SC/ST Act vide Crime No. 0154 of 2025.
