Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record. 3. It has been argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the applicant is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submits that the initially the F.I.R. molestation of the victim and that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., has also levelled allegations of molestation. The grandmother of the victim has also levelled similar allegation against the applicant in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S. but the victim has improvised her statement under Section 183 of B.N.S.S., has levelled allegation of rape against the applicant.
