The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.65 of 2024, under Section 302 IPC, Police Station Mohammdabad, District Farrukhabad with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been falsely implicated in the present case. He has been shown arrested from the spot, but the FIR was instituted the next day. The applicant had gone to the place of occurrence after hearing about the recovery of dead body, but he was beaten up by the informant and other villagers on the basis of suspicion only and
