Learned counsel has further contended that the victim in her statement recorded under Section 180 of B.N.S.S., has stated that she has gone with the applicant to Titiri, thereafter to Delhi and from Delhi to Dehradun, where she stayed with the applicant in a hotel and physical relations were also established.
