The applicant-Mohammad Aslam Salmani @ Babu has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.121 of 2025, under Sections 76, 65(2), 352 of B.N.S., read with section 5M/6 of POCSO Act and Section 3(2) (V) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Utraon, District Allahabad, during the pendency of the trial. 3.
