Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 41 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) of B.N.S., Police Station Kotwali Dehat, District Etah, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the applicant has been made an accused on the basis of suspicion only. There is no cogent or direct evidence against the applicant. It is a clear cut case of false implication. False confession has been garnered by the police which has no evidentiary value in the eyes of law, as such, the applicant is entitled for bail. There is no criminal history of the applicant. The applicant is languishing in jail since 07.02.2025 and he is ready to coope
