The applicant-Uttam Singh Rajpoot has filed the instant bail application with a prayer to enlarge him on bail in Crime No.220 of 2025, under Section 69 of B.N.S Police Station Kulpahad, District Mahobad. during the pendency of the trial. 3. When the case was taken up on 10.10.2025, Ms. Priyanka Devi, learned counsel for the applicant had submitted that the applicant is ready to marry with the victim, at the same time, it was also argued by her that earlier the applicant was ready to marry with the victim but there was some objection on behalf of his father.
