Heard Sri Prateek Srivastava, learned counsel for the applicant, Shri Ajay Kumar Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record of the case. 2. The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Mohd Umar @ Bablu with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 101 of 2025, under Section 8/21, 27(a) of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Ghorawal, District- Sonbhadra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 500 gm of heroin powder is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the two accused persons, namely, Pushparaj Yadav @ Shyam Yadav and Aftab.
