By means of this bail application the applicant has prayed to be enlarged on bail in S.T. No. 1844 of 2023 arising out of Case Crime No. 338 of 2025 at Police Station Tundla, District Firozabad under Sections 302, 114 I.P.C. The applicant is in jail since 10.05.2023. The second bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court on 10.03.2025. The trial is on foot. Status report sent by the trial court records that eye witnesses are yet to be examined. No fresh ground for grant of bail has been made out. At this stage, no case for bail is made out. Without going into the merits of the case, the bail application is dismissed.
