The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Sataya Prakash Singh Alias Dabalu with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 340 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Badalapur, District- Jaunpur. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that during interception 99.070 Kg. of Ganja was recovered. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that no recovery of contraband was effected from the possession of the applicant.
