Court No. - 68 HON'BLE ASHUTOSH SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Ajay Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State-Respondent and perused the record of the case. The present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant with a prayer to release her on bail in Case Crime No. 249 of 2025, under Sections 8/21/27 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Parasrampur, District Basti. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that about 1 Kg 10 Gram Morphine is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant. He submits that the applicant is a lady and she is not involved in the present case. He submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been filed and the applicant is not required for any custodial interrogation. He submits that the applicant had gone to the market for treatment of her child.
