The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Dharma Alias Dharmpal with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 330 of 2025, under Sections 8/22/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Sikandara, District- Agra. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 494.35 kg Ganja is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of three accused persons including the applicant. In fact no such recovery was effected from the applicant. The applicant was traveling in a Venue car bearing registration no.
