The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Upendra Pal, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. III/NCB/DDN/03/2025, under Section 8/22/26/29 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- NCB, District- Dehradoon. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 954 tablets of Tramadol Hydrochloride & Acetaminophen HCL i.e. 649.5 gm and 720 tablets of Alprazolam i.e. 130 gm is alleged to have been recovered from the go down of the medical shop which is owned by one Qayyum not by the applicant.
