Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No. 0026 of 2025, under Section 103(1), 238ka of B.N.S., Police Station Hapur Dehat, District Hapur, during the pendency of trial. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the deceased had died within the precincts of the house of the applicant but the said house was the different one in which the applicant used to live in as he has two houses. It was the applicant who had instituted FIR. He has nothing to do with the said offence.
