Applicant seeks bail in Case Crime No.348 of 2025, under Sections 103(1), 238, 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr, during the pendency of trial. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has argued that the FIR is delayed by about 2 days and there is no explanation of the said delay caused. The applicant has been nominated on the basis of suspicion only. There is no cogent or direct evidence against the applicant.
