The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Shani Singh Alias Sanny with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 340 of 2025, under Section 8/20/29/60 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Badlapur, District- Jaunpur. Learned Senior Counsel for the applicant has contended that as per prosecution story, 99.070 Kg. of Ganja is alleged to have been recovered. Learned Senior Counsel submits that as per own admission of prosecution, the recovery was effected from the bushes. No recovery from the possession of the applicant was effected. There is
