The present bail application under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of applicant, Golu @ Rahul Sonkar, with a prayer to release him on bail in Case Crime No. 166 of 2025, under Section 8/20 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station- Hanumant Vihar, District- Kanpur Nagar. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has contended that 10 Kg and 70 gm. of Ganja powder is alleged to have been recovered from the joint possession of the applicant and other co-accused, which is below commercial quantity.
