The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.222 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Sarpataha, District Jaunpur with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. As per prosecution story, the applicant is stated to have set the deceased afire in the night at about 3:00 a.m. on 08.08.2024 over a dispute regarding the daughter of the deceased. 5. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that the FIR is delayed by about eight hours and there is no explanation for the said delay. The
