The present bail application has been filed by the applicant in Case Crime No.326 of 2024, under Section 103(1) B.N.S., Police Station Jahangirabad, District Bulandshahr with the prayer to enlarge him on bail. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant has stated that wife of the applicant has been put to death by some unknown persons, who have committed robbery in the house. The FIR is delayed by about nine hours and there is no explanation of the said delay caused.
